Detailed description: I am looking for a plywood supplier. Specification: Thickness: 3 mm – 30 mm Format: 1525 × 1525 mm Quality class: I/II, II/II, II/III, III/IV Sanding: S2 for higher quality classes, preferably P120 grit Glue: for interior use E 0.5 (E1) Quality and requirements: Class I/II plywood must be free of the defects visible in photos 2, 3, 4, and 5. Class II/II plywood must be free of the defects visible in photos 4 and 5 (defect no. 3 may appear occasionally). For class I/II and II/II plywood, sanding to a minimum of P120, preferably P150, would be ideal. For other classes, P80 is sufficient. For 3 mm and 4 mm thick plywood, we require that the middle layer be free of knots. This is because plywood is designed for laser cutting, and the laser has difficulty cutting through knots. Material with knots in the middle layer is then unusable. This is very important. To better understand our quality requirements, we've attached photos of the Class I/II plywood we currently use.
